Jack DiGiacomo

Mr. DiGiacomo has over 15 years of  experience in industrial/commercial sector and over 10 years focused upon  energy services. His experience spans management, construction, consulting, building design, wastewater management, compressed air, energy engineering, utility incentive programs and grant  programs. Jack has been involved in over 150 projects and that have resulted in $20MM in annual cost savings for his clients.

Thomas Cochran

Mr. Cochran has over 12 years of experience working with Industrial facilities and 5 years experience working in project management, energy engineering and consulting in the energy efficiency market. He earn a B.S in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Thermal Fluids and Alternative Energy. Thomas worked at Lockheed Martin for over three years as a Project Engineer; assisting with the implementation of So Cal Edison’s Industrial Energy Efficiency Program.

Stephen Amstutz

Mr. Amstutz was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA. After attending the University of Southern Californian Stephen worked for 15 years in Los Angeles in the production and development of hundreds of network television shows and commercials.  Stephen has a passion for sustainable development projects and has been instrumental in raising over 2.5 MM dollars since 2018 for projects around the world. His projects have taken him to different parts of the country and the world to build social enterprises and sustainable development initiatives ranging from water wells at schools in the slums of Nairobi Kenya, to hemp farming operations in the US midwest. Stephen believes green hydrogen provides one of the solutions to many of the emission problems our planet faces today and thinks that there is no better place to start to implement clean hydrogen projects than the epicenter of renewable energy in California, Kern County; the home to where he grew up.
